Return Policy

At Elegant Ensamble Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines your rights to return and refund under UK law.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model cancellation form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

— Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

— In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

— Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers), bespoke or personalized items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

3. Return Process

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your item.

3. Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase and the return authorization.

4. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
